2. Your business will be matched to relevant Buyers & allocated appointments

3. You research and prepare for each meeting

4. You’ll have a number of one to one meetings on the day

 

How much does it cost?

If your business is located within the Gatwick Diamond Region, then the cost has been subsidised by the Sponsors and is £125 +VAT per delegate

Members of Supporting Partner Organisations will also receive the discounted rate of £125 +VAT per delegate

Located outside the Gatwick Diamond area? Don't worry you can still attend and your ticket will cost £250 +Vat per delegate.

Extend your networking with our App

Our venue provides space and opportunity to network and our Delegate Select App enables you to identify businesses who may be of interest and are available on the day to meet.  You can even scan a QR code embedded in another attendees’ badge to capture their contact details making follow up easy.

 

What will the day be like?

Last year 128 local businesses and 21 big businesses took part in over 500 formal meetings and many, many more informal ones! A buffet lunch is included and there’s Wi-Fi and quiet rooms available to give you a productive day.

2. Enter your Procurement Needs onto Delegate Select with your requirements for the next 6-24 months

3. Save the date (21^st November 2018) in your diary and brief a colleague to be available

4. Turn up to the Event and prepare to connect with the Suppliers that we have matched to your needs, in your private booth for your one to one meetings with Suppliers
